About two or three months ago, Directors of Photography John Lawrence and Rich Joy traveled to Richmond, VA for the Opera Winfrey show Soul Sunday. They took 2 C-300s with them to do a story on a couple that are DIY bloggers. The story appeared last Sunday and our friends at younghouselove.com posted this blog on their site. Enjoy!

After a busy and hectic spring and summer, we wanted to take some time just for us. Relax on the beach, have some drinks…wait…that wasn’t it. No, we took some time to focus more on branding Ventana Productions. We produced two spots using the “From Spark to Finish” tagline. One was a tongue in cheek 60 second spot poking fun at a prevailing attitude of “oh, I can shoot my own video” and the other is a 20 second spot that focuses more on the abstract concept of an idea. Check them out below!
